Weddings at Wray's Barn, Whinstone View are rustic, romantic and relaxed. The barn is part of our family. It's a fantastic addition to our venue along with our bistro, luxury log cabins and spa. When we designed the barn, we wanted to create a beautiful wedding venue which was full of character and blended in with our serene surroundings and family history. By bringing together traditional craftsmanship and modern materials, we’ve created a wonderfully warm, charmingly rustic setting for your natural country wedding.

Wray's Barn is self-contained, which means you have exclusive use to all facilities in the barn including: an impressive bar area, private courtyard and external veranda. Experience luxury with our red carpet entrance and last but not least, why not let nature in, with our full length folding doors which can open onto the surrounding lawns with an impressive view of Whinstone View's grounds and the fabulous, and iconic, willow tree.

Weddings can take place with or without a civil ceremony. Our barn will seat up to 150 guests.*  We provide ample circular or long tables, complete with beautiful wooden chairs and neutral soft furnishings. *(120 people max. for Civil Ceremony)

Our wooden dance floor awaits your first dance and our sophisticated sound system is sure to get the party started. 

​

Our wedding food is to a very high standard with plenty of options to suit your style and taste. From traditional wedding breakfasts to mouth watering BBQs and from quaint afternoon tea, to delicious canapés, you'll be spoilt for choice when choosing your wedding food!

Stay the night before your wedding in one of our luxury log cabins complete with hot tub, or reserve the Blue Lodge which can sleep up to 6 people or our three-storey log cabin, Frida, which sleeps 8 - both perfect for a sleepover with your bridesmaids! Indulge in a relaxing massage and manicure/pedicure at our onsite spa to leave you feeling relaxed and ready for your special day.
